In general, all orders will be packed and dispatched to the address provided
within two working days of payment being received.
Please take a further 3 up to 5 working days into consideration for transportation time
within the British mainland - including England, Scotland and Wales.
Unfortunately,
for the Republic of Ireland ( Poblacht na hÉireann ), for Malta, for Cyprus, for Gibraltar,
for the British Channel Islands , for the Isle of Man and even for Northern Ireland
you have to calculate with a delivery time of 5 up to 10 working days.
The transportation time for parcels to
Canada, the United States of America, Australia or New Zealand
will be around 10 up to 14 working days.
For safety reasons and for both your and our own satisfaction,
goods will only be packed in Polystyrene protective packages
which are able to provide adequate protection against breakage.
Our shipments are insured against both loss and breakage.

please allow us an additional manufacturing time of three up to seven working days.

manufactured and dispatched within five up to nine working days after payment being recieved.
